Accessibility Statement

EHS Brasil is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and with the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law No. 13.146/2015).

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an internationally recognized set of standards that defines how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This accessibility statement applies to ehsbrasil.com.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.

Measures taken

To meet the guidelines, the website provides:

  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page;
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements;
  • A navigation menu that works with the keyboard, closes with the Esc key and returns focus to the button that opened it;
  • A home page carousel with pause, previous and next controls. Automatic rotation is turned off when the visitor's system is set to reduce motion;
  • Form fields with associated labels and identified input purpose;
  • Alternative text on informative images and appropriate markup for decorative images;
  • A consistent heading hierarchy on every page;
  • A minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 between text and background;
  • Content that remains readable when zoomed up to 200% with no loss of information or functionality;
  • A declared page language (Brazilian Portuguese);
  • Animations and transitions that respect the system preference for reduced motion.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

1. Non-conformance with WCAG 2.1

Client logos

The logos shown on the Clients page use the company name as alternative text. The graphic elements of the brands are not described.

Link text

Some calls to action, such as “Learn more”, repeat across cards. Each card's accessible name includes the service title, but the wording of the links could be improved.

2. Content outside the scope

PDF files

PDF materials provided by email or on request (proposals, reports, certificates) may not be fully accessible. If needed, we provide the content in an alternative format on request.

Third-party content

Any content embedded from third-party platforms (such as videos or maps) relies on those platforms' accessibility features and is not under the control of EHS Brasil.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on October 3, 2026, based on a self-assessment carried out by EHS Brasil. It will be reviewed whenever there are relevant changes to the website and at least once a year.
